Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the MyKids History / My Story Hero affiliate program (“Program”). By applying or promoting with a referral link or code, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to receive payouts legally in your country. We may approve, reject, or suspend applications at our discretion.

2. Commissions

• Premium Monthly: 25% of net revenue (after estimated store fees) for up to 12 billing cycles per referred customer.
• One-off IAPs (story pack, gift story, keepsake): 20% of net revenue.
• Commissions stay in a 30-day hold before becoming payable. Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations during hold reverse the commission.
• Minimum payout threshold: USD $50. Balances below the threshold roll over.

3. Attribution

Last-click attribution with a 30-day window. An explicit creator/coupon code always overrides link-based attribution. Self-referrals are prohibited.

4. Prohibited promotion

• No paid search brand bidding on “MyKids History”, “My Story Hero”, or confusingly similar terms.
• No spam, misleading claims, fake reviews, or impersonation of the brand.
• No targeting children with ads; promote to parents/guardians only.
• You must disclose the commercial relationship per FTC/ASA rules (e.g. “#ad”, “paid partnership”).

5. Payouts & tax

Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal or Wise after you request (or via scheduled run) once the payable balance meets the threshold and tax information is on file where required. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.

6. Termination

Either party may end participation at any time. We may withhold or reverse commissions tied to fraud or policy violations.
